Passed Abbott/Alere urine test after 2 weeks off weed

I gave my sample last Friday so about 5 days ago. Firstly I’m a pretty light smoker I hit my cart maybe 2-3 times a night pretty much every night for the past year just to go to sleep and I’m not ripping it on those hits they’d be pretty small hits to most people. That being said I’m 29, 5’9ish, 195 lbs with a decent amount of muscle under these man titties and belly. I do have quite a bit of excess body fat though. I hadn’t lifted weights for about 6 weeks before my test but I usually lifted about 3x/week prior to these past 6 weeks. Days 1-7 prior to my drug test I didn’t really do much different besides completely stop smoking and increasing my water intake. I also was laying concrete at home for a few days so I was sweating balls while doing that it gets hot in mid-May in the southwest. Days 8-14 I ate cleaner and went on daily 6-8 miles bike rides to help sweat everything out. I started getting pretty faint negatives on my at home dip stick tests starting the Tuesday prior to my test about 11 days after stopping smoking. I was still really nervous the morning of my test on Friday even though I got a convincing negative on my urine cup at-home test using my first thing in the morning pee of the day so I drank a fuck ton of water hoping it would be too diluted so that I could retest after a couple extra days being clean. I drank enough water to pee 3 more times before I left home and all 3 of those pees were extremely clear pretty much water. My test was at a place about an hour away from me so about 20 mins before arriving I chugged a RedBull to make my pee yellow. After checking in and waiting a bit I had to piss like a racehorse luckily the RedBull did make my pee a pale yellow and I caught my sample mid stream so not the the very beginning or the very end of my piss. The sample I gave was my 5th piss in about a 3ish hour span. I just got confirmation this morning that I passed so it wasn’t too diluted. I hope this helps ease someone’s anxiety that is in a similar situation as me because Reddit sometimes makes that anxiety worse
