Adding multi-page notes in Apple Books?

Is there any way to add a note, or highlight a name, and have it persist throughout my book?

For example, I’m reading history and I’d love to highlight names and add notes, so even if many chapters later a person names “Whitfield” reappeared, the name would be highlighted with notes from his earlier appearances chapters ago - as opposed to highlighting one word, on one page, and leaving it there.

Does that make sense? Is it possible?

Making long-term notes in Books app?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to ask if there was a way to make notes in books for a specific name/term. That is to say, I want to highlight and add notes to the name “Smith”, for example, so even if it pops up many chapters from my initial highlighted note, it would remain highlighted and if I clicked it I could see previous notes and info attributed to it? If that makes any sense?

Is this possible?

Best brand for pricing to quality ratio?

Amateur question, and I understand the whole “every brand has strengths weaknesses, etc”.

But as a newbie who wants to venture into some more “intense” outdoor stuff, what’s a happy entry level to DECENT quality ratio?

I have access to Anaconda and Kathmandu, and have been happy with some discounted purchases from the latter. I see a lot of “not worth it” posts about Kathmandu, but I’ve only ever bought gear on sale.

Any safe entry level brands to stick to without breaking the bank, but also capable of being decent for moderate climates and shorter overnight treks and outings?

Have Denali backpacks disappeared?

Bought one from Anaconda and was good comparative to price. However I can’t find a trace of them in regards to packs anywhere, anaconda or otherwise?

Did they go belly up?

Vo2 max overestimating?

My vo2 max has constantly been ~50. I workout often, but I’d hardly say I’m a fit cardio guy. I weight about 105kg at 6’1” with a chubby/muscular build.

What could cause it to think my cardio fitness is higher than it actually is? I’d struggle to jog a 5km.
