Hello everyone ! We are excited to announce the launch of Project Oathbreaker : a Heavy Paladins-Inspired game on a newer engine, with the objective to recreate the Paladins experience with the help of the community.

The project's idea started with a few random people that didn't know each other, and now we already count 15 members ready to work on the project ! We wanted to start sharing this project with every other Paladins player so that they can come and really contribute to the realization of the game : there are still spots open for any role in the development process like 2D art, 3D modelers, game developers, game designers, music makers....etc. And even if you don't fit any of these roles, or if the selection has already been done, you can still contribute by sharing ideas, what you liked or didn't like about Paladins, your vision about what this game should represent and how the team should go about creating it.

For the remuneration part of things, everybody joining the team should consider this a side project until there is a reasonable source of income from it. Every contribution to the project will be documented, so when money comes, splitting will be easier. Your work will be protected by an NDA that every member of the server will have to agree to, and a team contract that will protect your contribution to the project.

This server is open to everybody ! and for security and IP protection purposes, when joining you will pass through 3 processes : 1- Agreeing to the server rules. 2- Completing a human confirmation test to avoid bots, it's a simple Captcha test and if you have any issues with it you can contact a staff. 3- Agreeing to the NDA that protects anyone's work on the project.

Also, for the name of the project, here is how our genius of creativity Co-Leader found it : "We come from paladins. Paladins was a mess and mismanaged to the point of disappointment and nearly dying. We are no longer paladins, and what happens when a paladin falls from grace? You get an... "Oathbreaker!"
