So, a few days ago I was playing a game with a friend, and I was running a [[Baba Lysaga, Night witch]] deck. After a few turns I drew [[Screams from within]] and attached it to one of my creatures. After sacrificing both the aura and the creature it was attached to, we decided that the aura's condition was in fact satisfied, and I returned it to the battlefield. Were we correct? Is this how the interaction works?
I recently started exploring the lore of a few planes through stuff like the plane shift guides and the card arts themselves, and I fell in love with Amonkhet's entire world. However, I find it really weird that no one suspected or even noticed anything about Amonkhet's equivalent of the Orphan Crushing machine, the >! giant army of lazotep mummies underneath the city !<. Especially since the five gods, who personally oversee the trials should know where all the dead people end up, right? Is there some sort of unspoken loyalty that the gods have towards Bolas (besides the God-Pharaoh schtick) despite his evil actions, are they genuinely unaware of what goes on "outside" the city, or is Bolas' magic also somehow warping their perception/memory of the plane?
