Kid Rock will be Tennessee’s next governor after a landslide victory against Democrat Karl Foster Dean. Kid Rock, real name Robert James Richie, is a lifelong Tennessee resident and struck a chord with voters on issues such as healthcare, education, and Women’s rights. He will be sworn in on August 6th and serve a four year term unless reelected in 2030. His wife Paula Ann Deen Richie will serve as the First Lady of Tennessee and makes history as the first Indonesian born First Lady.
