Does this nursery have no clue what they are doing?

I’ve been hunting for a GOOD citrus nursery on EU and absolute majority sucks. So basically ordered, got a healthy looking tree at first look. Top of the pot was covered in saw dust and underneath looked like normal black soil, but… removed it from nursery pot and guess what. Edges had “proper” soil woth perlite, thin layer, where all roots are and core rootball is just clay and sand mix. Almost 0 roots there. Washed out some clay, so basically there was almost nothing alive. This is bound to die due to waterlodge. Already raised this issue with the seller. Same was with 3 different nurseries already.

Does anyone know a good citrus nursery in EU? 🙏 Thank you!

Is it me or rupes course compound dusts insanely?

I’m using rupes coarse compound on their DA machine and the moment I touch the pad to the body, compound starts dusting insanely heavy. That dust sticks to all the surfaces and have to be wiped off. And wiping even with brand new microfibers without pressure still scratches the paint again. Is it how all rupes compounds are?

Pads are washed after every panel, in between every door divided into 3 parts and pad is scraped in between.

Help! Never seen this before!

Got citrus bergamo from nursery today, want to plant it today, however I have never seen this before. You can see where the pot and main root flare is and where my hand is there are plenty of root shoots there. Trunk has been covered by dark plastic foil over there.

Repot it as it is, where the normal root flare is or plant it deeper?

TIA
