Early Inca rush is so broken

Early Inca rush is so broken

Diety, marathon. With the inca this close and isolated winning early war is impossible and zero chance they want to be friends as their AI is so aggresive. At this point, survival is fading. I can deal with their ignore hill and mountain cost. I can just barely deal with the annoying "daze" (-15% combat strength FOR 5 TURNS). But, when you add all that to the fact their SLINGER has 2 range. It's fucking bonkers. This close, with hills and mountains, is there any civ that can survive? I rushed immortals for a chance of defense. But i think this game might be a wrap. Can i edit their unique unit to only have 1 range?

Why does AI retreat units even if it's their last city?

I always have "complete kills" on the options menu, so idk if that matters, but why does AI retreat capable fighting units when their last city is falling? It would be cool if some leaders had a "No retreat" flavor. I understand the AI can see its outmatched, but still would be neat to see a last stand.
