If I don't do low carb I end up with insulin resistance if I do low carb I end up with high LDL cholesterol and ApoB, wtf am I supposed to do ? Should I just pick my poison and move on ?

I try my best to be healthy (although I'm a bit sedentary since I lost my job) i dont eat processed food on a daily basis i cheat here and there but a high carb diet isnt interesting to me anymore i havent eaten a plate of pasta in 2 years, you get the picture, i went low carb first then keto then low carb again i dont go over 70g of carbs daily. im on the low BMI range also. i hate this.

Is there an app that has widgets that display recommended prayer times and not valid prayers times ?

I don't know if my question is clear enough, so I've learned that delaying prayer is sinful (delaying it without missing its valid time) and I'm wondering if there's such app that encourages to pray in the recommended window. I'm a dev myself but I'm quite rusty I don't feel confortable to join open source projects such as Mawaqit.

I'm very exhausted from finding out what causes insomnia some nights and every time i think i find out the culprit it ends up not being it ...

Also I'm one of those people who get insomnia if i take magnesium too close to bedtime or creatine or glycine or heck even melatonin :)
