Has both the 2TB reservation queues been fulfilled?

It seems that these days, we only see the 512 purchase emails so I'm wondering if there's anyone out there still in the 2TB reservation queue (not waitlist!) waiting for their purchase email still? Any waitlisters who have skipped the reservation queue, please post your region and SKU. Just trying to collect data.

Who do I have to **** at Valve to get my purchase email?

512 no controllers where are you at? What reservation queue or waitlist are you currently on? Have you received a purchase email while on the waitlist?

I finally watched Goldeneye after only ever having played the game...

And I really liked it! I saw Die another Day in theaters way back when, so along with the Goldeneye N64 game, Brosnan has always been my definitive Bond in my head. I enjoyed Bond's aura farming in the tank scene. Is it me, or did the Goldeneye satellite kinda look like a "johnson"? I wonder if that was the inspiration for that Austin Powers joke.

The pre title sequence was amazing and well paced. I felt the first act of the movie kind of drag in parts, but the movie really picks up after the meeting with the great Robbie Coltrane. My partner wanted to start watching the Craig movies after this one and we're currently on the last one. I find myself missing the "light heartedness" of Brosnan's Bond and wish for the reboot to return to similar roots. I plan on watching Tomorrow Never Dies soon and hope it is good as I have never seen any of it.

What reservation queue are you still waiting in?

512 no controller here. Trying to get an idea of what reservation queue is moving slowest. Sound off here if you are still waiting for the elusive purchase email or if you have finally been moved off the waitlist to the reservation queue. This process has made me start drinking again.

Another day of waitlisters getting their purchase emails before the reservation queue...

512 no controller crew sound off. If this is how things were going to always go, they might as well have just called it all "the waitlist."

Still no purchase email in my inbox…

Unreal Gold is Amazingly Unreal

Some of my earliest PC gaming memories are playing UT99 shortly after its release on my grandpa's Windows 98 rig. That may have been my first exposure to video game gore actually. But all that said, I never played Unreal proper until just a week or so ago and all I can say is wow, they really don't make them like this anymore.

The atmosphere, the guns, and especially the music are just peak for lack of a better word. To some, the graphics probably look dated. But I don't know, I just find them charming. I played this game on my Steam Deck using the oldunreal release. I don't think younger me would have ever guessed the day would come where you could play this series on the go.

What I really appreciated about Unreal was the challenge. I played on the Medium difficulty setting and still felt challenged on some parts. The sprawling nature of the levels and getting lost wasn't so frustrating to me, but I can see how that isn't for everyone. This game was surprisingly spooky to me at times despite the older graphics.

I have completed the main campaign and am currently on the fourth stage of the expansion pack. After that, I plan to tackle UT99 and UT2004's "campaigns" and then maybe go get my ass handed to me in online. I really wish Fortnite had never happened because I miss this series and am saddened to see it abandoned. But who knows? Maybe Epic will revive the series when I'm 70.
