Hey all - I moved to a new house and inherited a kegerator.

We use it probably once a week, and each time I come back to use it, I end up having to dump out 3-4 solo cups of foamy beer.

Any advice on how to manage that? It’s it too much CO2 or do I need to disconnect the keg after each use? I welcome any expertise.
