Hii guys I dunno why I'm get anxiety rn, I wanted to talk to a friend who would just give me some company, idk what to do I'm sorry if I'm causing trouble to anyone but I just dunno this uneasy heavy anxious feeling ain't going away.

As soon as I try to close my eyes to sleep, I get up feeling more anxious.
