Hai! I'm new here and I wanna meet more people like me and get advice for what I should do or like anything like that.

So I'm 15 and my pronouns are he/they. I have known that I wanted to be a femboy for a while. I have the personality for it just not the body. I'm 210 lbs at 15 and I need to get it down. Plus to make it worse I have ADHD so I can't focus on any workouts or diets and to top it all off I have homophobic parents who would never let me hear the end of it if they found out about this. Can anyone help?
