7.1 stream spoilers: About a certain character's reveal

>!When Rhinedottir was first revealed, I couldn't help but get excited as hell!! She and Albedo look decently alike, in terms of hair and in their eyes shape <3!<

So excited for version 7.1 🀌 >!I hope that Albedo will eventually gain relevancy again, since Rhine is right on the stage now!!<

πŸ’ Theorising: How will Mitsuaya proceed after finding Aki?

After 25 ish (?) chapters, we finally got it - Mitsuaya face to face, and no means of escaping issues that need addressing.

We probably reached the biggest climax of the story, and once Aki is found (they guessed it right on the 1st try, it should be fine?)... They'll have a talk, right?

I wanted to create this post to hear what your theories are for the future. Let the yappers run out & wild, let me hear what you have to say 🀲

My current idea:

β€’ They rush to the park, finding Aki in that same spot we saw him at, during this chapter. He won't come that easily, or might try to run off a bit.

β€’ After a heart to heart talk, all 3, Aki will learn about traumas, discrimination, bullying. Folks who try to dim their light probably don't shine themselves as much as they'd like to. But it's VITAL to have several trusted ones to talk to, it's what helps you process these pains & survive.

β€’ Maybe Mitsuki will share about her band group troubles & about THAT incident a bit, perhaps her upbringing will be mentioned? Maybe Aya will explain how for the longest time, she had no one to share her true likes with, and how she can't force herself to like things she dislikes?

Kinda like one step after another.

I hope this post won't end up being like some double of a pre-existing one, I took my sweet ol' time writing this πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈ I'll delete this if I see someone already beat me to it!

[Official] A message from Sumiko about the anime

Sourced from here: https://twitter.com/i/status/2073702281112129840

To think it started as a free manga for everyone to enjoy... Look how far Sumiko's come now; Try remembering about all the news you've seen of real-life events across America, Europe (?) and Japan, the pop-up shops, the cafΓ© thingies... And now, She Wasn't A Guy has reached some of the bands it references AND an anime is on the way!! πŸ₯ΊπŸŽ‰

Seeing butchfemme yuri (or just yuri, period) grow this big & loved is incredibly precious. Some GL authors have already shared the struggles they run in, since yuri is less popular than other kinds of pairings... Fingers crossed, green yuri becoming an anime will bring more positive attention to this genre!!

I'm super excited for the anime release in January 2027 πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈπŸ’•

πŸ’š Insta find: Mitsuaya figurine!! (@3.dlapiz on Instagram)

Send the artist tons of love over here:

The algorithm can be pretty rough on creators from what I've heard, so I wanna put extra emphasis on supporting them directly.

How freakin' awesome is this masterpiece?? πŸ€ŒπŸ’• I don't recall ever seeing figurines made to celebrate the manga, but I'm so giddy after finding this artist πŸ˜β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯
