Looking to rent to room in NYC
Hi everyone! I’m currently looking to rent a room long-term with a budget of around $1200/month.
A little about me:
• I work in the city as an AV tech
• Born and raised in NYC
• Fairly clean, respectful, and easy to live with
• I can cook (and actually clean up after myself lol)
• Not a party person and I don’t bring random people over all the time
• 420-friendly, so ideally looking for someone who’s okay with that as well
I also have a friendly 30lb Pomsky, so the home would need to be dog-friendly 🐶
I’m mainly looking for a calm, respectful, friendly environment with good vibes and open communication. Due to some unfortunate personal circumstances, I’m looking to make a fresh start and find a stable place to call home.
