All 500E comes as a left hand drive car, I wonder which scenario is more plausible for this W124?

A bit more info is that this car is in Indonesia, where it's impossible to import a used car. So for it to be real 500E somebody must've imported it brand new in the 90s, which is already a baller move, then RHD swapped it.
