I was in pain 2 weeks ago but it passed so I assumed it was nothing. Today I felt an incredibly sharp pain and when I went to pee this came out.
I do have a history of having kidney stones but I’ve never actually seen one irl.
So is this a kidney stone? Should I go to a urologist?

Hi, I’m going to London for 5 days and since it’s my 2nd time there I thought about taking a day trip.
I really love medieval castles and history, so I was thinking of a day trip to Warwick castle or Arundel. I’d appreciate any suggestions!
I love history and I only have half a day for a trip outside of London, so they seemed like the two best options.
Windsor castle seems beautiful and is full of history, but I've been to Hampton court over 4 years ago and I still can't stop thinking about this beautiful palace. I'm traveling with a friend and it's their 1st time going to either.
what should I choose?
And any ideas on what else would look nice on my ears are welcome!
