Help me find an episode

In an older episode of no laugh newsroom room (I believe its an old one anyway) there was a bit about Bruce Goose, and Susan Goose, I believe read by Katie.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? I remember watching it on YouTube, maybe that episode is no longer available there, but its driving me crazy.

36M- 3 months, 40lbs

192lbs at 5'9" down to 152lbs. A few months later I am now sitting steadily at 160lbs.

160g protein, 20g fat, carbs kept as low as I could manage. Some days that meant basically no carbs. Calories started at 1600/day but declined from there. Towards the end, I was down to about 1000 calories a day.

Training was 4days/wk, pretty much exclusively weight training. Cardio was only done if my step count was below 10k during the first 2 months. During the last month I skipped cardio entirely and switched my training to 6 days a week. It was the same volume of work, but more spread out because I found my workouts were taking much longer to complete because I was very fatigued by that point.

Meals were protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, and almost exclusively ground chicken and veggies. Extra lean ground beef or the occasional fruit were treats. I also consumed a ton of cherry coke zero for my sanity.

I guess I can't attach pictures here? Will share in comments if possible.

(36)M 91 Day Transformation Challenge

My results from a 91day weight loss challenge. I went far more extreme than I would recommend to anyone asking me for dieting advice. I went from 192lbs to 152lbs which was 10lbs beyond my original goal. Obviously exercising consistently (3-4days/week for months 1-2, 6 days/wk for the final month (same volume, but shortened workouts due to lack of energy).

I did not even place top 10 for a runner up prize which is hugely disappointing. Obviously winning isn't everything, and I know I've accomplished something impressive, but wow did that hurt my motivation to continue. Regardless, my body needs some time off anyway after such an extreme diet. I just need to find a new goal to motivate me.

Open to share more info if anyone wants, but mostly just looking for feedback and honest criticisms of what I could focus on specifically for the future.

Math help

Alright, please assist with some math. A coworker and I are trying to figure out the width of the two red highlighted sections (do verify hole locations quickly after machining). We both did what we thought was fairly straight forward math and got 2 different answers (and I dont see any mistakes, so im confused). Can someone quickly calculate one or both sides and show their work?
