Hello everyone,

I purchased my bike very recently, end of September 2026.

I figured it was going to be easy to unlock, mainly for off road mountain, forest biking, so legal stuff only.

But it turns out to be pretty complicated.

I checked the controller model on the monitor, and apparently I most likely have the same controller as the picture I found and it has different connectors as those we find on the controller in AliExpress...

Please check the pictures/photos.

I really bought this bike to also go for mountain and forest and I don't understand where I can get another controller to change the one I have...

Which reference should it be ?

If the connectors don't match, can I reverse engineer it and adapt wire to wire ?

Turned on the bike to see full charge on an E26.

I live in the EU, pretty sure shipping the battery full charge is pretty illegal. What is your thoughts on that ? Gemini told me that it may happen although it should have been 30-50%. I insisted and replied that the 30-50% rule is more enforce on plane shipments.

It might be nothing but has anyone noticed like me the subtle steering having a slight room left, just when you lift up the bike on the front side a little ?

Is it supposed to be like that ?

I firmly tightened the steering, but I'm afraid to have done too much... Please check the 2 short vids. Thanks a lot for your help.

I would be relieved knowing it has no issue considering it's brand new.

Also what a nightmare to caliber the front brakes wow, took me an hour to get it good, seems consistent now, I hope.
