A HAPPY DAY - Now Just a Sad Story
I bought my First BRAND NEW Truck! Elevation 5.3L
I've always bought older vehicles to save money with 6 kids. Finally got something nice for myself.
Happiness started to wear off Quickly
First Week an issue with the Radio lost one day to diagnose. Lost another day for them to replace the display.
6th Weeks started running rough for a couple blocks then DEAD needing a tow to nearest Dealership. It has been at the Dealer for over 2 WEEKS NOW!!! They tell me Cam Sensor / Cam Gear / Cam Chain etc ...
GM Canada Customer Service - TERRIBLE at returning calls or Emails !!! I've left emails and phone calls. NO return calls in a WEEK !!! When I called a week later after I left several messages I go the same person on the phone.... Oh well someone else is now looking after it. - Still no Phone Calls or Email not sure I call that Taking care of it. - We can't do anything until the Dealer fixes the truck and let's us know what the full repair is.
Purchased at 69KM(42Miles) - Died at 3,974KM (2,469) !!!!
Any Advice from People who Love their trucks?
