Is 19 countries too much?
My friend and I have planned a trip for September, 3rd-25th, and somehow managed to squeeze in 19 countries, 15 visiting 4 passing through. The initial plan had 9 and somehow it more than doubled in size after I agreed to go to the Balkans as well. The plan is below, all places mentioned are stops we will visit.
Poland -> Austria
Austria - Liechtenstein - Switzerland -> France
France -> Belgium -> day trip to Paris -> Netherlands
Netherlands - Germany - Denmark -> Sweden
Sweden - Denmark -> Germany
Germany -> Slovenia
Slovenia -> Italy
Italy - Croatia -> Serbia
Serbia -> Montenegro
Montenegro - Serbia -> Poland

I need honesty, even though everything is already booked.
Is it too much or a once in a lifetime adventure and we should give it a shot? Everyone, including ourselves, are calling it crazy, but we like our plan, even though it will be exhausting.
I need people's honest opinions.
