Realistically what could i get trading this serialized p80 with a zaffiri precision slide, flared magwell, and compensator if i were to sell/trade into a store.

Are these legal to own in MD is says there just a training inert rocket but i think it would be sweet to hang on my mancave wall

Every time i turn the breaker on it trips instantly. The only time it does not is if i remove the heater terminals. I ohmed out the 4k heat and got 14 and have continuity through it and isnt grounded. When i disconnect the heater and turn it on everything else ohms runs fine but the weird thing is at first i do not have 240v through the heater terminals ill have a weird voltage but then after a few minutes it will kick it with a full 240v. Any help is appreciated
