Me sparring a really sharp southpaw. This was good work!
I'm in the red headgear. This was the summer of 2025. Boxing is a LONG game. I look back at this sparring and I see both the good and the bad.

I'm looking to study fighters who have very good lead hand uppercuts. I fight out of the orthodox stance, but I'm open to watching southpaws as well. Who are some fighters I should study? I want to improve mine and I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel.
Going from the amateurs to the pros, I have to get used to throwing heavy shots. I sparred 8 straight the next day and my 16oz felt LIGHT!
