best glp1 option for a friend who overeats

I have a close friend I have known for a long time and I am getting really worried about her health. She eats a massive amount of food every single day. It is not just an occasional thing. It is constant snacking, ordering huge portions of takeout, and eating way past the point of being full. She complains about her weight a lot, but whenever I try to give her advice or suggest cutting back, she just gets defensive or completely changes the subject.

I keep seeing stuff online about how GLP-1s completely kill food noise and stop compulsive eating. I feel like a protocol like this could actually help her. I do not know her exact weight but she has definitely gained a lot over the last year and is probably crossing into the overweight category now.

For someone struggling with constant overeating, what is the best route? I saw there are pill versions available now, but are the injections just way more effective? I really just want to help her get out of this cycle before it gets worse.

feels like every week there's a new prospecting tools launching with the same pitch about "verified emails" and "intent data". my team's been burning through trials trying to find something that actually delivers.

we're a 12-person sales team doing b2b prospecting for saas and the data from most of these tools is trash. either the emails bounce, the mobile numbers are disconnected, or the filters are so basic you can't actually target your icp.

right now demoing Prospeo because they claim high deliverability and apparently refresh their database weekly instead of quarterly like most. seen some people mention their intent data and technographic filters are solid too. also been looking at RocketReach but honestly the contact data quality has been hit or miss in our trial.

anyone using sales prospecting tools that actually work? need something with good mobile numbers since we do a lot of cold calling. tired of paying for credits that get burned on bad data.
