Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a part-time internship/apprenticeship opportunity where I can continue learning and upskilling in ecommerce, operations, customer experience, or related areas.

I already have a full-time job, so I’m only available for around 2–3 hours per day, preferably flexible hours. I’m not mainly looking for high pay or any pay at all 😅 My main goal is to gain more hands-on experience, learn new systems/processes, and grow professionally.

A little about me:
Based in Southeast Asia
Working for a USA-based ecommerce company for 6 years now
Currently part of the support/operations side of ecommerce
Experienced in customer support, returns management, workflows, team coordination, and handling day-to-day ecommerce operations
Familiar with remote work and collaborating with international teams

I’m open to helping with:
Customer support
Email/chat support
Ecommerce admin tasks
Returns & exchanges workflows
SOP documentation
QA/checking tasks
Basic operations support
Process improvement assistance
