How to play the Benko gambit? Advice needed from Benko gambit players. Fully accepted 5...e6 or 5...g6

Hello. I'm trying to build a Benko gambit repertoire mostly to use against players below 2000 FIDE.

Since I'm not using a course rn I'm kinda being forced to choose my lines on my own and I'm finding myself stuck between engine eval and practical choices.

To my understanding in the fully accepted variation 5..e6 being the engine recommendation doesn't mean much in practice and it's better to go 5...g6 to get the usual Benko pressure and counterplay. Could anyone confirm if this is the case, I'm completely new to this opening and have two games played in the opening overall online.

Are there any particular lines where it's fine to not Fiancheto the bishop and you still have good practice chances with developing via Be7 for example. Any tips on the lines would be appreciated. Thanks.

Had a strange dream

A man who is a businessman in the late 1800s or early 1900s wanted to throw the grandest ice-cream party for his daughter and in order to do so leased out his factory/storage house to a conglomerate for 100 years and received a very large sum of money. They had the grandest ice-cream party in history for his daughter's birthday. Then the dream cuts to 100 years later. His descendants are simple average people, maybe even poor, they receive the factory back from the conglomerate which they had no idea about. They then sued the conglomerate for not abiding by the terms and taking care of his descendants.

Anti Tal variations 4...Qb6 , 4...a6 etc

Anyone play this lines in the Caro Kann in OTB classical. I'm seeing this in some courses for black as well. I'm a Tal variation player with white online and I've had some struggles since these in blitz games but is it worth trying in OTB classical with the black side. Anyone plays one of these alternative moves OTB.

Is there a strategy to playing the Marshall defense to transpose into the Grunfeld?

I think a lot of players seem to know that at the amateur level the transposition is sorta guaranteed and white usually won't know how to play correctly against the Marshall without allowing black to transpose into a better opening. But I don't get why some players go for this move order though. Is there something black is hoping to avoid in the regular grunfeld defense.

Anxiety ,anxiety meds and tournament performance.

Hello. I'm wondering if anyone here has been diagnosed with anxiety of any kind and whether being medicated has helped with your performance in classical tournaments Vs when you were off the meds.

As in has your performance been better at a time you'd say your actual chess skill level didn't jump due to being back on the meds.

How to play against a player who goes for 1.f4 followed by the stonewall structure in classical chess.

Any explanation of plans for black or resources regarding this would be appreciated. The opponent usually aims for a setup with f4 Nf3 followed by e3 d4 and c3.

[TOMT][Cartoon][2010s] "Cartoon where technology doesn't exist?*"

I don't remember much else about the plot but I distinctly recall that in the universe of the cartoon most people believed that "Technology" isn't a real thing and a myth and then the MC finds technology somehow. It's a really hazy memory so I don't have much else to go on other than I used to mostly watch Toonami, Nickelodeon, Disney and Cartoon network back then.
