I'm thinking about adding some cards to my bello decklist, using the tags on moxfield you can see which cards i'm hesitant to add.

I want to know which would be good to add and which would be good to cut.

I'm on a low budget so i'm not going to spend more that 5 to 8€ on a card.

I’ve been playing commander for the past few years using only precons that I sometimes upgraded and I’m looking forward to creating my first own deck with prismari the inspiration !

I gathered what I have from boosters and this is some card that I think would be cool :

I did not include lands nor mana rocks, I want to know what to use or get for the spells first.

Apart from the card advice on cuts/adds, I would also really like if someone could provide me with a general balance of how much land, rocks, draw, mana, burn, etc I should have in a storm deck.

PS : budget is about 50€ without considering land base (I have some stockpiled)

EDIT : As some of you posted, it sadly seems that prismari isn't a very fun commander. While I still want to include it in the deck as a potential wincon, what izzet commander could be awesome for the same spellslinger deck idea ? I thought about [[Zaffai and the Tempests]] or [[stella lee, wild card]]
