Why is CBT such a hard habit to keep consistent

Hi All !

I read feeling good back in 2020, and feeling great after that, and I've had periods where I've been doing the daily mood log consistently and everything in my life improves. However I find its the habit I taper off on and struggle to keep up with the most out of all my daily ones (Gym, meditation, reading)

Do you guys also find this ? I think it might be because it's a little tedious to get it all setup and is hard work trying to counter each negative thought and eventual SDBs.

Anyone else use meditation as a tool before big moments ?

Hi all,

I've been meditating on average around 40 mins a day for about 5 years now, I loveee the state of calm and levelheadedness it gives me after 20 minutes of focus on the breath.

Does anybody else here also meditate before job interviews, sports games or social events to feel on their "A game". I feel its a great tool and has helped me immensely!

Would steam inventory count as capital ?

Hi all !

Universal credit has requested to see all my savings and bank accounts, and it's got me thinking (maybe overthinking) about what they could count as an asset.

My steam account has a bunch of Counter-Strike cases and skins valued at around 100 pounds depending on the website used. I also don't buy anything to later flip it or anything like that.

I would probably just sell this stuff on the steam market for my steam wallet but if I held onto it and it went up to a price I'd consider cashing out on a third party website for, would that be counted as some kind of digital asset ? Or is this counted as property of Valve or something.

Your guys thoughts would be appreciated, as I didn't find anyone online asking the same question.
