Cereal is an expensive processed food. Think cookies. It is Very easy to make oat granola as a topping.

( It’s Monday. I hope I can post this. ) I’m thinking Canada is on the same trajectory in current techno advances independent of American monopolies.

Eg France drops Microsoft for Linux based operating systems. Or EU countries seeking EU/UK cloud services pulling 50 million Euros in business from AWS cloud ( Jeff Bezos) or Google services or Azure Microsoft. Increase costs, data privacy issues are couple reasons why.

The Christofascism has been growing for decades and has been aggressively proselytizing for membership focusing on the most vulnerable.

Now in cahoots with RFK, their efforts is to dismantle what little health benefits we might have; subsidized premiums, Medicaid, Medicare, free or low cost vaccines for commutable diseases etc.

Why? The irrational christofascists fear that the more people look to science for medicines and cures the less we will rely on god.

These people are scary and very busy destroying our public health system.
