Guinea Pig Hammock Advice
Hello everyone! I am a guinea pig owner who needs some help finding a hammock for my guinea pig Cosmo. She is a 3.5 year old Abyssinian (if that makes any difference).
She has a current hammock that she loves! That is literally her favorite spot. Every time I see her she is all cozy and sleepy in there. This hammock has been very well loved, to the point where I think it’s time for a new one. It’s pretty old and has a lot of stains, that even washing it doesn’t help. I’ve had it for almost a year, that I’m thinking it’s time for a new one.
Now, I’ve looked into getting her the same one. However that was hard as Chewy no longer has it. It has been out of stock for quite some time and I even signed up to get emails if it comes back, but nothing, it’s been a few months.
I tried getting one on Amazon, but she was not a fan. I had it there for a few days, even tried incentivizing her with some treats inside but she said no. I think perhaps it was that it was slightly bigger than the previous one but either way, that didn’t work.
So now I’m not sure what to do. So I am reaching out to see if any of you have any advice or hammocks that you like. I will share some photos of her current hammock, the one I tried from Amazon, and other things. I’m open to any advice, please help.
