Succulent Mozza Salad (with heart) and veggie ham & cheese toast my girlfriend made for me
A year ago, I was basically homeless and struggling to find enough work to sustain myself, eat properly, and afford some place to live.
Fastforward about 12 months after meeting this absolutely amazing woman, and through trust, love, and incredible moral support, I have been able to turn my life around, find a decently paying and stable job, move in with her, and contribute equally to support our lifestyle, projects, and wonderful life together.
Got home late tonight from a work meeting, and she had made this adorable mozza salad with a little heart (she knows I love mozza), and two SUCCULENT toasts with very fancy fruit&nuts bread, 30m.o. Comté cheese, and veggie ham.
I will never take what I have now for granted, and I can never be grateful enough, I love her so much.
