So today I was talking to someone about ragging and that particular reddit post where that guy was made to drink the spit of his seniors, and how that is basically a criminal offence. and the person I was talking to just went "it's bad but it's not a crime. I mean in public place spitting on someone would be a crime but not behind closed doors" like tf? And then he said, unbelievably "you guys actually like being spat on, like, simps beg women to do it." How does that prove anything??

What does it mean for two colleges do be affiliated to the same university?

Hi! I'm a future MBBS student and will be taking admission this year. I noticed that the majority of medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh are affiliated with ABVMU. What exactly does that mean, and how does it affect the colleges? If they're all affiliated with the same university, what differences remain between them?
