Class for leveling mainly through Battlegrounds

I’m about to finish my first level 60 as a Felsworn, and I’m already starting to think about what class I should level next.

I feel like I’ve neglected PvP a bit during this playthrough, so this time I’d like to focus mainly on Battlegrounds while leveling.

What class/build would you recommend for this kind of playstyle? I’m looking for something that is viable and fun in BGs throughout the leveling process, rather than something that only becomes strong at 60.

I’d also love to hear from people who have leveled mainly through BGs, what class did you play and how was your experience?

Looking for a unique build on CoA

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a class/build with a really unique gameplay experience on CoA.

For example, I played a Paladin as a melee healer on Turtle WoW and had an absolute blast. It felt completely different from the usual WoW experience.

With CoA huge number of classes, specs, and build possibilities, I'm hoping to find something you wouldn't really find between Vanilla and WotLK. It can also be a completely new mechanic that's unique to Ascension and wasn't present in the original game.

The most important thing is that the build is fun and viable while leveling, not just at endgame.

I'm open to any role (DPS, tank, healer, hybrid) as long as the gameplay is genuinely different and engaging.

First bikepacking trip – what length TPU straps for a 20L dry bag on a rear rack?

Hi everyone,

I'm preparing for my first bikepacking trip and I'm trying to figure out the best way to secure a dry bag to my rear rack. The dry bag will be mounted lengthwise (parallel to the bike): 20L and about 25cm (10") diameter, no panniers

I was looking at TPU straps, but I'm not sure what length I should buy. Also, are TPU straps the best option for this setup, or would you recommend something else?

I'd appreciate any advice, especially from people who regularly carry a dry bag on a rear rack. Thanks!

Help choosing setup: child seat + occasional cargo

Hi,

I’d like to regularly carry my 10 kg child in a bike seat on a bike that has no rear rack mounting points. The child transport would be frequent. I also occasionally (maybe once or twice a year) want to carry a 20L dry bag (10 kg max), but always separately - never child + bag at the same time.

After some research, I found two possible setups and would really appreciate advice on which makes more sense.

ORTLIEB Thru Axle M6 connector + Ortlieb Quick Rack L. The idea is to mount a removable rear rack and attach either a dry bag with straps or possibly a child seat. I like that the rack can be quickly removed for riding without extra weight. The downside is the high cost.

A Hamax frame-mounted child seat, and then occasionally attaching the dry bag to the same seat frame using straps. This seems like a cheaper option, but i am not sure if this would actually work.

Any advice or experience would be really helpful.

Hey everyone,

I recently bought a car and it already came like this: the carbon-look vinyl on the rear bumper protector is peeling off.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to deal with it and wanted to ask if you have any ideas:

  • Should I just remove the vinyl completely and leave the underlying surface as it is?
  • Or is it worth re-wrapping it with new carbon fiber vinyl? (My concern is all those grooves/ridges seems like a pain to cut and fit properly.)
  • Another option I’m considering is removing the whole protector piece and wrapping it off the car, but I’m not sure how to do that safely without damaging the bumper or leaving adhesive marks.

Do you have any other ideas I haven’t thought of? What would you do in this situation?

Thanks in advance!
