Need Suggestions
I’m a 2025 Mechanical Engineering graduate who got into a React frontend developer role. It’s been 8 months since I joined, and honestly, I’m still struggling to understand the company codebase properly.
I know the React concepts and basics, but when I see how things are actually implemented in a real project, I get confused sometimes. Most of these months, I’ve only worked on UI fixes and small tasks.
I really want to improve and become a better developer, not stay at the same level. For people who were in the same situation before, how did you improve your understanding of large React projects and real-world coding practices? What should I focus on to upskill myself?
