Capped Speed using TPLINK Deco x50 (PLDT FIBER 500mbps plan)

Hello. Hoping for any advice or a fix. I recently bought a brand new Wi-fi mesh TPLINK Deco x50 (AX3000) and plugged it in my main PLDT modem. Normal Wifi speed is 500mbps. Wired ethernet to my PC is also 500mbps. But when I plug the ethernet cable to my Deco x50, my devices only get no more than 100mbps. My PC is also plugged via short ethernet cable to the deco and its also getting around 90+ mbps.

Tired of looking for fixes so here are some things I already did

  1. Used a cat6 cable - this is brand new (IPEGA brand) , I repeatedly directly plugged it in my PC and laptop and works fine, getting up to 500mbps. Plugged the cat6 cable in LAN1 of the pldt modem, straight to my deco x50.
  2. Set up my x50 - I changed it to being an access point (AP). Also tried to force it to only use the 5ghz band.
  3. Since its on AP mode, QoS is turned off. Also made sure it had no priorities or limits in the QoS before I changed it to AP mode.
  4. Rebooted both modem and Deco multiple times.
  5. Disabled 2.4g and 5g WLAN in admin mode of the PLDT router. Still 90+ mbps only with the Deco.

I'm at my wits end here. Am I missing something? Is my x50 faulty?

PSA to get some sleep (Gem strength success)

Been grinding Stormhorn Focus drops from Grigoire and transfiguring them and lo and behold I got a good Gem Strength roll. Guess what...I did not socket it first aaaand I bricked it (unmodifiable). I need to sleep...
