We had the weirdest experience. Fraud on credit card, and someone changed our address on all accounts. They canceled all of our accounts. Then made new ones. We told them the new Card had the fraud charges pending. They said they would remove. They called a week later saying we have to cancel the new card. We moved all our stuff. They are a mess. I'm going to get the money back and then move to another bank. Any recommendations on another bank?
