aizein has no counter to the antithesis. aizein own spirtual pressure means nothing since senjumaru own shock all 3 world and she still was effected by it. the moment the fight start uryu would immendiately attivate since hi knows how much of a threat aizein his and aizen body being his fuse with his zanpakuto would fuck him over since the moment the fight start uryu would be under complete hypnosis but since uryu also attivated antithesis at the start of the fight complete hypnosis would backfire on aizen himself putting him under complete hypnosis even if aizen hurt him uryu can just reflect the damage back to aizein and heal himself uryu is just a hard counter to aizen
