Anyone in GVRD had their popcorn ceiling removed and painted, looking for whole 900’ condo, or 1 room at a time if too pricey. Companies or handyman you have used. Have heard that there is some kind of wet sanding / vacuum that makes less mess. No asbestos, more a texture than popcorn. Thanks for your suggestions.
