Long story short: HSBC asks now for the mobile app for online banking, and they keep a record of more than three devices under my name, so I can´t download the latest version (any version).

It´s useless now the security questions that used to sort out this problem by phone. They told me to visit a branch with my passport, but I am in Spain at the moment! And no branches here.

It´s just ridiculous. I guess I know now the proper activity of this bank. Even the IA for the customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

Any help?
