Botec 5 second half music

Hey, does anyone know what music is featured in the second half of Botec 5? After 43 minutes but more specifically around 56 minutes and onward. I think that's the same one track till the end after.0

I have been searching literally for hours, listening to the most songs by Barry Goldstein and Remko Arentz on Youtube but so far with no success.. It is so beautiful, I would love to listen to it without Dr Joe's voice. I have no problem with his voice just.. you know..

Btw this is my favorite meditation, I feel so much love in my heart and I often cry.. which is partly due to the harmonics and resonance in the music I think.

The pressure to meditate EVERY DAY

Dr Dispenza often stresses that we have to meditate every single day but I have a thought about this. I might be wrong but I think for those of us who generally struggle with consistency or we consider ourselves "lazy", this is probably necessary. For those who have a tendency to give up things too soon or too easily. But what about those who are "perfectionists"? I believe for us, it might even be an unnecessary pressure and another reason for anxiety (which is the core issue) to chew on something. Thoughts like: "Oh my god I skipped the day I messed everything up". Because honestly.. what will happen if you skip a few days sometimes? Have you failed then? Was all your work in vain? Obviously if you skip a day or two it gets increasingly easier to skip more and then stop. But I am not talking about that because I will NEVER stop at this point. Anyway, I am coming to my own conclusions and since I "allowed" myself to miss a day sometimes I feel a lot better about my meditation practice and don't even sabotage it unconsciously that often. Because I think the "perfectionists" among us are sooner or later going to sabotage the process because of the pressure. Just some food for thought.
