FINPINE LOANING APP
so i downloaded this loaning app i found on facebook. i downloaded it just to see how much my credit would be, i did not plan on loaning since i still have outstanding balance fron atome. now, i just followed procedures like registration and allat, and at the end, it asked for my digital banking or e wallet. maybe its my fault i didn’t ready it properly but i put my Gcash account.
after inputing, i was shocked i received an imbursement with a total of 4k. i checked “order” at nashock nalang akong may 6k ako na loan eh hindi pa naman ako nag input or nag reuest ng loan. so ginawa ko, binayad ko ang 3k sa 4k na binigay saken.
ngayon, may 17, they’re asking for payment, nirurush nila na ang due date ay 18 pa.
i am asking for legal advice kasi parang manghaharas na sya
