Likely, any sort of regime change in cuba would involve boots on the ground. Nearly every cuban ive met in miami is passionately anti castro and communism. If so passionate, why hasnt the diaspora of cubans gotten together , like castro did, and attempt a coup? Could even be backed by the US military if rubio got involved
