been spamming ashe lately and having a ton of success, but every now and then i get games where it feels completely impossible to play. this one was especially bad — they had like 4 champs that basically don’t care about slows and can jump on me instantly. (i was first pick btw, otherwise i never would’ve locked ashe into this)

what are you even supposed to do in games like these? they all have dashes, and the second they get on top of you the fight is just over.

Hello, I’m struggling to be consistent on Smolder and wanted to see how others play the champ. Preferably, I’d like some streamers, as I feel like YouTubers only post their best games

Start with Doran’s Bow (and run double Adaptive Force in your runes. Paired with bow, it give you significantly stronger early all-in potential—you’ll really feel the difference in trades.).

Your early build path:

  • Doran’s Bow
  • Cull
  • Statikk Shiv
  • Pickaxe (building toward Guinsoo’s)

Once you’ve got the Pickaxe, grab a Long Sword. That gives you your Q evolve right away. And thats why you can go doran bow instead of blade since you will need a long sword no matter what.

That Long Sword won’t go to waste either—it builds into your third item, Terminus.

From there, your options are wide open depending on the game:

  • Jak'Sho
  • Navori Quickblades
  • Blade of the Ruined King
  • Guardian Angel

At that point, you’re basically Thanos—insane damage and unkillable
