Results after a month
These are my results after a month doing a full gland removal and liposuction under general with a dr known for the technique of lateral pull through removal:

So just everyone knows what to expect during the whole process and if anyone can benefit from it, through the whole process i felt no pain, swelling was alot first couple days with puffines in one nipple which i was scared from but later it was gone, mostly from the lymphatic massage i have done, i was doing one long session per week, after that all of the swelling was gone and now almost no swelling, results are still not final but till now i feel all good, and final results could take up to 3 months and gets better with gym ofc
