OM-log/flat video - DaVinci Resolve
I am using a OM-5 ii. I struggle with finding what settings to use for video in DaVinci Resolve. I have not decided between log-400/flat, so I am interested in best practice for both. I have watched a lot of youtube videos, but there are so many different approaches, and I havent found something clearcut best practice. I will in many projects mix footage from different cameras, so I think I should do the editing with color management/CST with node trees per clip. But I struggle to find what settings to use, and in what order. I have the OM LUT for both log-400 and flat. What project settings and what color space transform steps should I take? I see there are mixed experiences with the OM luts, and I dont necessarily need to use them if manual tweaking is best.
