I'm looking at getting a custom config cable for my 5090 using this PSU. I have a Wireview Pro 2 installed and my current cable isn't the greatest so would like to try the Cablemod.

I already know the length and type I need. The only thing I am not sure on is if it's better to have the 2 x 8 pin, 3 x 8 pin or 4 x 8 pin.

It seems like less 8 pins would make it easier to get a balanced connection, but more might be a bit safer since it spreads the load out. Unfortunately this PSU doesn't have the native 16 pin.

Does anyone have experience with this sort of setup and whether or not more 8 pins works better?
