Any North African ingredient grocers on Sunshine Coast?

I’m looking for Moroccan Smen for a chicken tangine I’m cooking. It’s a very obscure ingredient and I doubt I’ll be able to get any. But shot in the dark, are there any African grocers around here?

I figure it’s better than trying to order it on Etsy, who knows wtf I’m getting in that case.

Why is the road construction at the intersection of First Avenue and Aerodrome Road taking so long?

Am I crazy, or has that turn at the traffic lights been blocked off for a year now? It doesn't look like there's any work actually getting done there. Does anyone know what they're actually trying to fix? It looked fine to me.

Bought an RTX PRO 6000, came with an anti sag bracket?

So I just spent a ton of money for this thing and I’ve been installing it. I had purchased an anti-sag bracket, but I was surprised to see that this card came with one in the box.

No installation instructions, no reference to it in any docs as far as I can see. And everything online says Nvidia don’t manufacture them. Has anyone else found this, and has anyone got a guide on installing it properly? I’m having a really tough time getting the screws in properly and sizing it to fit. I’m about to give up and use my generic one.

Citric acid can enhance your instant noodle dishes

I've been cooking with citric acid a lot more recently, since I discovered it has similar flavour enhancing capabilities to MSG, just on the other side of the spectrum

So tonight I was cooking up a lazy Shin Ramyun with chunky peanut butter mixed in, and some chilli oil. And I thought, "hey this is umami, and salty, fatty and spicy. What about acid?" And boom, brain wave.

I added the tiniest amount to the broth with the soup mix, practically 2 beads (about 1/16th of a teaspoon).

The flavour profile was greatly enhanced by the addition. It's subtle, you wouldn't even notice it was citric acid doing the work. You'd just think, "damn, the flavour is intense today." I really recommend giving it a try. Do NOT go overboard with the citric acid, that stuff is insanely strong and will mess up the meal if you add too much.

You can get citric acid at Asian supermarkets, I'm sure they sell it other places too.
