Title is pretty self explanatory. On 4/7/26 I preordered an ETB Prismatic Evolution in store and went ahead and paid in full like I always do. I still haven’t heard anything so today I called to check on it. Guy on the phone was extremely rude and said he didn’t see a preorder for it. He pulled up the receipt with my phone number but was acting like I had already gotten it on that day. I know this didn’t happen and I don’t even think it could be possible because those ETBs weren’t restocked until mid-April 2026.

How should I proceed? I know I’m right but it seems like they are trying to deny it. I just either want to ETB or a refund.
