Monzo vs Revolut vs other digital bank ?

Hi everyone
I am thinking of using one digital bank for every day use, I currently use HSBC and have been using Revolut when I’m abroad, I also use wise for international transfers. It seems that Monzo is super popular in the UK but among my friends there are more Revolut users than Monzo. I’m genuinely curious to understand
- why people take one versus the other , what were the critical things you care about and how did that bank answer your needs ?
- what’s so special about Monzo for it to have so many people using it ? Doesn’t feel superior to Revolut but maybe I’m wrong so I’m really curious (don’t want to offend any super fans)

Thank you for helping me figure out which one to use !

Update on my consultation and question on stent

I posted a couple of weeks ago because I was dreading the cause of my PT. I consulted with pr HOUDART in France and it turned out that my vein got thinner while pregnant (I can’t recall the name of that phenomenon but you see what I mean)
So on the positive, it’s nothing sinister. However, to get rid of it, the only way according to him is the surgery with the stent. What is your experience with the surgery? What do you know about long-term consequences? Anyone who has done it with the same Doctor?

Hi there
I’ve had PT since August 2025 when I was 7 months pregnant and now I’m 5 months post partum. It hasn’t gotten any better and sometimes if worse paritcukaldy at night
I’m having an MRI at the end of the month and reading this sub I’m really worried about potential causes. I had put it aside despite it impacting substantially my quality of life (particularly at night) because having a baby has been crazy
Do any of you who had it while pregnant know what are the typical reasons it appears with pregnancy? Any feedback?
I’m spiralling a little bit after reading this sub and doing research and wanted to hear your experience
I just cannot wait for this appointment to rule out the worst. With a small baby, I can’t imagine life not taking care of him
