Still stuck here for 1 week

Is this normal? I completed the billingual assessment for Swedish - English 1 week ago. Still no reviews, no follow up emails. Nothing. It's been completely silent and the screen above hasn't updated or anything. I thought the onboarding process would be rather quick and smooth. I was expecting a reply after 24-48 hours. Not a whole week without updates. Are there no swedish speaking reviewers on the site? lol

Why is Handshake not available in Sweden?

I'm genuinely bamboozled because it's available in all the other Scandinavian countries... except for Sweden lol

it's in Norway, Denmark, Finland... but not Sweden.
