Advice wanted for reaching out to get legal documents

I have been estranged from my parents and most of my family for going on 8 years. I am finally at a place where I feel comfortable going to retrieve my legal documents from them (I still live relatively close).

I cut them off for a lot of reasons and have no desire to allow them back into my life. I am trying to write up a text that I can send to my mother to accurately conveys that I want to get my documents but that I have no interest in a relationship with her and this is not an invitation to start harassing me again. I will be using a google voice number so that once I have my documents I can remove the number and, in turn, their way to contact me.

For some additional context, my older brother, who I am on very good terms with and who is LC/VLC with our parents, is getting married this summer and our parents will be there. That is part of why I feel now is the right time to do this, because I will be forced to interact with them in some capacity over the 3 day wedding celebration.

I would love any advice you would like to give, but am especially looking for advice on how to word this first text.

What I have written:

>This is [my name]. I want to get my legal documents, including but not limited to any and all copies of my birth certificate, SSN card, and other potential identification documentation.

>Is there a good time this week for me to come get them? My schedule is relatively free.

>This is not an invitation to open a relationship and I do not want you to contact me except to discuss my legal documents.

Edit: I do have copies of my documents, I just don't like that my parents have them as well.
